We continually strive to improve upon and find new manufacturing methods to give you the best product possible. One such improvement has allowed us to offer our inflatables in both regular weight and a new light-weight hybrid vinyl.

We worked with our our vinyl supplier to create a vinyl that was purpose-built with inflatables in mind. It features a stronger inside weave, where the strength of the inflatable comes from, but with a thinner outside rubber coating. This creates a light-weight vinyl that is much easier to roll and transport, but remains as durable as the regular vinyl. The choice is yours!

We reinforce all high-stress and vulnerable areas, such as entry and exit-ways, with extra material and stitching. Seams are triple and quadruple stitched with high tensile strength threads.
